In the land of Mizu, there are some that are able to use magical powers after the sun sets, until it rises again. Magic fuses with it's users soul, creating apparitions that manifest into different forms. Some wield fire, others control water. Few can stop time, and very few can read minds.

The newest magic user around is 13 year old Perrin Mint. A distant, yet trouble-making boy that find out he wields two types of magic. His life is thrown into more chaos when he finds out he's the only person that's ever been able to. Joined by his sister, and a dysfunctional band of classmates, Perrin embarks on a journey of finding purpose, being a strong leader, uncovering the mysteries of his powers, and much about life itself.

Is fate on his side? Or is it really against him?
